I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the rooms clean. The location was great, not right on the beach but still close to everything. The dining experience was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. The only downside was the threat of police involvement for a refund issue, which was very unsettling.

The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are great and modern, offering comfortable stays, but they were not as clean as expected, with pet hair and a large roach. The temperature control was a challenge, either getting super cold or extremely hot. However, the price matched what we paid for. The service, while clueless about dog walks, was helpful when we needed a room change. The location is convenient to attractions and beaches, well-kept, and easy to access, making it perfect for exploring the area. The dining experience was wonderful with various options, but the standard buffet got crowded. Overall, a stay with mixed feelings but decent value for money.
